this was pointed out recently on the judges list and I thought, prior to nationals, it was worth mentioning here. Under the old rules you were allowed one final cut of your deck if your opponent shuffled your deck (instead of cutting it). This is now not allowed. The feeling was that this was a bit of a pointless move and didn't really solve any particular issues. If you feel that an opponent has done anything dodgy whilst shuffling your deck, call a judge.
