booster packets have been spoiled today. Two are returning characters. One is definitely Sarkhan Vol's new apparition. The other I first thought was Tezzeret the Seeker but on closer reflection maybe not.

I'm fairly sure that one of them is Tezzeret because the face is pretty similar to the ala one. It would also make sense with the Artifact theme of the Eldrazi.
